How do I book a workshop?
Pick the experience you'd like above and click through to its booking page. You'll see live availability, choose a date and time that suits you, and pay securely to confirm your place. You'll get an instant confirmation by email.
Where are the workshops held?
At our studio in Coal Drops Yard, King's Cross, London. The full address and directions are included in your booking confirmation email.
How long does a workshop last?
Most terrarium workshops run around 1.5 to 2 hours, and masterclasses a little longer. The exact duration is shown on each booking page when you select your session.
What's included?
Everything you need to build and take home your creation — glass vessel, plants, mosses, substrate, landscaping materials and expert guidance throughout. For Sip & Plant and our wine events, a drink is included too.
Do I need any experience?
Not at all. All of our workshops are beginner-friendly and fully guided, so they're perfect whether it's your first terrarium or your fifth.
Can I come as a group or book privately?
Yes — workshops are a great fit for birthdays, hen parties, team socials and corporate events. For private and corporate bookings, please see our Corporate & Private Workshops page or email info@botanicalboys.com.
Can I buy a workshop as a gift?
Absolutely. You can purchase a gift card and the recipient can redeem it against any workshop and date they like.
What's your rescheduling & cancellation policy?
If you need to move your booking, please give us as much notice as possible and we'll do our best to find you a new date. Full terms are shown at checkout — if you're unsure, just email info@botanicalboys.com and we'll help.
