  • Mokoro Canoe with Preserved Moss Table Display FR60

A mokoro is a type of canoe commonly used in the Okavango Delta and on the Chobe River in Botswana. It is propelled through the shallow waters of the delta or river by standing in the stern and pushing with a pole, in the same manner as punting. Used for fishing, reed harvesting, transporting people, goods and even small livestock — it was effectively the cart of the Delta.

These make excellent planters — fill with preserved moss for a striking centre-table display.
