Monstera


Monstera Deliciosa, commonly known as the Swiss Cheese plant due to it's leaf formation. A symbol of long life these plants are vines and grow to very large sizes in their natural habitats.  These plants are very good at keeping the air in your home fresh and purified.  

Watering:  They like a misting at least once a week and their soil to be kept slightly moist but not wet.  Allow the top 2 inches of the soil to dry out before watering.  Never let the plant sit in water to avoid root rot.  

Lighting:  Prefer indirect Sunlight, avoid direct Sun to avoid leaves scorching.  These are tropical plants and grow underneath the canopy of trees in their natural habitats. 

Origin:  Tropical forests of Mexico, Central America regions.
