Easy to care for and thrives on a little neglect making this a very popular houseplant. The ZZ or "Zamioculcus Zamiifolia" has been around for centuries and is commonly found in drought prone areas across Africa. It was in 1996 when a Dutch grower in South Africa startd to re grow them and sell to the World. Very easy to maintain it just needs a free draining potting mix soil and just a little bit of liquid fertilizer when watering once per month.
Watering: Once a month, do not let it sit in water it will get root rot. Let the plant dry out between watering. The plant stores water inside their rhizomes which are small bulbds on the roots which helps them through long drought periods in their natural habitat.
Light: Low light rooms
