Watering : Does not like wet feet. Requires misting on the leaves and the soil. Let top 2 inches of soil dry out before watering. Water less in winter. Avoid soil being moist
Light : Filtered, bright indirect Sunlight is best. Avoid direct Sunlight as the leaves will scorch.
Origin: Madagascar and surrounding Indian Ocean Islands, Africa, Southern Asia, Northern Australia with just two species found in Central America
